If you are a charity or organization looking to receive a product or a donation to your organization, please click the link below and fill out the donation request form. All donations have to be approved prior to your event or fundraising effort. See restrictions in the "attention" section below.

On-site Fundraising

During certain dealer events, we may allow your organization to have an on-site fundraising/PR display. For information on setting up on-site display, click the Donations Form button at the bottom of this page.

Attention!

You must provide us with a flyer or publication of the event before donations are considered. This form must be sent no later than 30 days prior to your event for review time. If you are approved you will be notified via phone or e-mail. Applying with this form does not guarantee a donation. Even though we wish we could help everybody's cause or fund-raiser, Surdyke Motorsports Festus is limited to the number of donations per month.
